Domaine Céline Chevallier is a small domaine farming old vines on Kimmeridgian limestone — the ancient seabed that gives Chablis its singular mineral character.

Céline Chevallier established the domaine in 2008, bringing a meticulous approach to both viticulture and winemaking. The vines are farmed with minimal intervention, and the wines are made to express the terroir as clearly as possible — no new oak, no manipulation, just Chardonnay and Kimmeridgian limestone.

The wines are precise, mineral and long — Chablis as it should be. They reward patience and pair beautifully with shellfish, white fish and fine charcuterie.
