In the heart of the Côte de Beaune, a single family has tended the same hillsides for more than two and a half centuries — a continuity rare even in this storied region.

Domaine Maillard's vineyards span some of the most celebrated appellations of the Côte de Beaune, from village Chorey-lès-Beaune to premier cru Beaune. The wines are made with the confidence that comes from generations of accumulated knowledge — of the soils, the microclimates, and the rhythms of each vintage.

Winemaking here is unhurried and traditional: whole-cluster fermentation where appropriate, ageing in a mix of new and older oak, and bottling only when the wine is ready. The results are Burgundies of real elegance and longevity.
